10 nuggets of wisdom for your Saturday (Part 52)

It’s ok to feel ok. It’s ok to feel good. It’s ok to feel joy. Allow yourself to feel what God wants you to feel. Don’t fight it. Accept it.

When things are falling apart around you, remember that things don’t have to fall apart inside you. The feelings and emotions inside don’t have to mirror the outside. God will keep you strong on the inside even when things are crumbling outside.

We get spoon-fed lies that we swallow like they are Gospel truth. It’s time we got ahold of the spoon and put God’s truth on it so we can absorb His reality and feed it to the people around us.

Count your blessings one by one. Let them make a chain that will not keep you captive but that will set you free when your mind puts you in a cage of fear and worry.

The circle of life was broken by the Lord. He interrupted it by joining the circle and turning it into a circle of blessings that keeps bringing you back to salvation. It’s not a circle that goes around and around with doom and death anymore. Praise God for His circle of life!

Some of the most beautiful things I have witnessed are joy in the midst of trials, peace when there is persecution, love for all people and faith in the deepest valleys.

The realization of God’s love conquering death on the cross should be put on repeat every day. It should be played over and over on the radio of your mind in the playlist of your heart.

The key to your happiness opens the door of the house of the Lord. Use that key every day. Be in His house every day. Stay in His house every day. When you do, you will know love, peace, joy and faith every day!

The Holy Spirit is the voice of reason. Don’t be surprised if He wrestles with your mind at times. What matters is that you let Him with the battles in your mind.

Let God interrupt you. Let God interrupt your misery. Let God interrupt your fears. Let God interrupt your self-pity. Let God interrupt what is hurting you. Let God interrupt the shame and the guilt. Let God interrupt your misfortune. Let God interrupt you!
