God will make a way for you

God will make a way where there is no way. You must have heard that encouraging message a few times before. Today I want to reinforce it and tell you that God will make a way for you. Your situation is not hopeless. Things are going to get better. You are not at the end of the line. God will pick up at the end of your strength and give you the motivation to keep going. God will make a way when you make a way for Him in your life. Open the doors. Open the gates and let Him in. He is waiting to have more of your space. He is willing to give you the desires of your heart as you make Him the center of your heart. Nothing can stop His will and His promises will come to pass. Get on board with that truth. Get on with your life with God as the biggest part of your life. The world will try to seduce you out of focusing on the Lord but this stops now. Now is the time to put the world in a box and give God a world of attention. God is faithful and He keeps His promises.

I was reading Psalm 91 yesterday and the last two verses jumped at me. In those verses the Lord says that we will call on Him and He will answer us. He also says that He will satisfy us with long lives and He will show us His salvation. Take those promises and attach them to your memory bank. Don’t let them depart your mind and your heart. Declare them with confidence. Call on God and He will answer you. Call on Him now and ask Him to make a way and He will make a way for you. He will show you His salvation and getting you out of your problems is one way the Lord will show you His salvation. The word “salvation” denotes saving. Through His salvation we were saved from sin and death. We were also saved from being destroyed by the enemy. God made a way for you and me and it is always present in His salvation which is where we are now. We are in the salvation of the Lord where there is always a way. God is going to make a way, friend. Praise Him!

I have seen my problems as dark tunnels with no way out. I have seen my problems as mazes where I get lost and I can’t find my way out. Tribulations and bad circumstances are puzzling. They keep us up at night and they take a toll on our emotions and on our spirits. What we need to understand is that no matter how dark and obscure the tunnels of problems are, the Lord has a light that will get us out of the darkness. It takes one word of surrender and submission to the Lord to start seeing the light. A prayer is a lamp through the darkness. A prayer is the return of a smile in a world of frowns. Let your confession be that piercing light in the middle of your desperation. Stick to the truth. Stick to your faith. God is going to make a way so make your way back to hope with words of faith. Don’t let the dark moments dominate your mind. Free your mind from that negativity by injecting God’s promises into your situation. The enemy won’t like it and that is just fine. He is not your God and he has no power over you unless you give him power. When he says there is now way, tell him that Jesus Christ your Lord made a way for you and you are heading in the right direction.

The question we need to ask ourselves is, how much of God are we allowing in our lives? Have we made a way for Him to be in us? He is with us and His Spirit dwells in us but are we aware of His presence? I like to think that I have made a way for God to be in all areas of my life. It is a work in progress and I will diligently make sure that He is plugging all the holes and He is whom I am focusing on. How much do we praise Him with our words and our actions? Are we exalting the world more than we are exalting the Lord? All these questions can lead us to the answer to our problems. The Lord indicated in His Word that if we make Him the delight of our hearts, He would give us what we desire. You would agree that getting out of our bad circumstances is one of the main desires of our hearts. Friend, you are not going to stay in the misery you are in now. God is making a way for you as you make way for His praises in your life. Today let your words be filled with gratitude and praise. Be positive about your situation. Speak God’s Word over your life. Get into joy mode. His joy is your strength. Thank Him for the way out. Thank Him for the hope you have. It is not the end. It is the beginning of a life of peace and praise. God is going to make a way for you. Rejoice in Him!
